Keep looking for new ways to get that extra bit of exercise in.



Record everything you do daily. Keep notes on everything, including all exercise activities, food and beverages consumed, etc. Even document how beautiful the day is. You will be able to reflect on any highs or lows if you do. If you were unable to exercise for a day or two, then write down the reason why.
